Orders of RubyDooCards will be processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.
We use Royal Mail First Class Post for UK deliveries and they aim to deliver the next working day. We use Royal Mail Airmail for delivery abroad and they aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five.
Every effort is made to ensure that the card arrives with you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system. We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control including failure of suppliers or partners.
Postage and packing rates are set at £1.50 per order, irrespective of size and weight.
Refunds & Returns
We are confident that you won’t be disappointed with the quality of finish and presentation of the cards, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple money back guarantee. Please contact us at customerservice@rubydoocards.co.uk to advise us that you wish to return the card or cards.
At your cost, return the card or cards unopened and in their original condition within 28 days, to allow us to make a full refund to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Complaints
Any complaint will be dealt with immediately upon receipt. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 1 working day.
Safety
Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years due to small parts, which may become loose and cause a choking hazard.
General
Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in England, and will be governed by English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
