We aim to process all orders within 48 hrs (excl bank holidays and weekends). This is the time it takes to process the order and dispatch. We have no control over how long Royal Mail takes to deliver these goods, however all items are now posted First Class recorded to ensure speedy delivery.

P&P to the UK is now a flat fee of £1.00 sent Recorded first class, contact us for P&P to all international destinations

  • Shopping Points are only available to registered Ruby Doo Cards member's.
  • Shopping Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases. and are only validated at Ruby Doo Cards.
  • Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's.
  • Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
  • Shopping Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
  • When buying with Points,you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
  • When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees are excluded.
