Placing an order through our website, by telephone or postal order is deemed to constitute your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Prices

Prices and any delivery costs will be as stated and will include value added tax at the standard rate (where applicable). Any other applicable taxes if the delivery address is outside the European Union will also be added. We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products periodically to reflect any increased costs.

The Cards

Each card is individually handmade to order, and therefore you should anticipate some variation on each design when comparing a card image on screen to the card you receive. All card sizes quoted are approximate.

Security & Privacy

At RubyDooCards we know that you demand the highest level of security for your online transactions. Our site incorporates the most advanced security measures. All information is totally secure, giving you peace of mind whenever you make an online purchase with us. All credit and debit card information submitted within the order process is secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions to ensure that your personal and sensitive information is kept safe. You can tell when a page requesting payment details is secure as “https” appears in the address window of your browser and also a small padlock will be displayed at the bottom of your browser window.

RubyDooCards does not have access to your credit and debit card details, which are sent direct to PayPal, our payment service provider. PayPal has been audited and approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks. Be assured that we are committed to ongoing site security and that both during and after your transactions with RubyDooCards, your card and personal information is secure.

All the personal information that you provide, for example name, address, and credit/debit card number are used solely to process the transaction. We do not sell your information to any third party. Neither do we trade or share your details with any third party. All credit and debit card information is processed direct by our payment service provider PayPal, an approved payment solutions provider. RubyDooCards does not have any access to your credit and debit card information.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent to update you on our card ranges and special offers. If in due course you no longer wish to receive such information, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link on any of our e-mails.

Cookie

Cancellation

You may cancel any orders up until the cards are ready for despatch, this is usually once we are in receipt of your order and payment has been accepted. Should you wish to cancel an order, please call us without delay on 07864 798988

Payment

Payment for the cards you wish to order can be paid for by a variety of methods, using PayPal which accepts all credit and debit cards including solo. Cheques will also be accepted as a form of payment and should be made out to the following
